Jon Sheedy

Managing Partner & CTO

Former F/A-18 fighter pilot and Harvard Business School graduate. Acquired and operated a business, led statewide business development at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and has built technology products used by 175,000+ people. Jon builds every Fractional Agent system in-house.

Mike Daniel

Managing Partner & COO

30+ years driving change management and process optimization across manufacturing, distribution and financial services. Has owned and operated small and mid-sized businesses, and is trained in the Toyota Production System. Mike makes sure what we build is what people actually adopt.

Indiana limestone is in the Empire State Building, the Pentagon and the Indiana Statehouse. Our platform is named for the craft: Limestone is the foundation, Ashlar is stone cut to fit its place, Keystone locks the arch, Plumb keeps the wall true — and Lantern lets the light in.
