No. Most clients have zero AI in place when we start. The Discovery Day assesses your operations from scratch and identifies where AI creates the most value for your specific business.

We work with owners, department heads, and key staff across functional areas. Pre-work questionnaires ensure every stakeholder's perspective is captured—even if they can't be present the entire day.

The roadmap we deliver is a standalone strategic asset—yours to keep and act on with us, with another partner, or entirely on your own. There is no obligation to continue. Many companies find the roadmap alone is worth the investment.

We work with lower middle market companies generating $10M to $300M in annual revenue—whether family-owned, PE-backed, or investor-led. We work across industries and serve companies focused on growth, operational efficiency, or preparing for a future transition.
