Why We Exist

We watched it happen repeatedly: companies investing $100K+ in AI consulting projects that showed stunning results during the pilot phase—25-40% efficiency gains, delighted stakeholders, real measurable impact. Then the consultants packed up and left.

Within 12 months, every one of those implementations degraded. Not because the technology broke, but because AI agents need ongoing human stewardship—prompt refinement, output validation, business context updates—that no one was providing.
